Individual Mentoring Packages – 1, 2, or 3-month options (4, 8, or 12 hours) tailored to personal growth, relationships, or life transitions. Couples Mentoring – Hourly sessions supporting communication, connection, and growth together.
bodywork & energy healing
Through massage, energy work, cupping, and Reiki, Andrea supports physical release and energetic balance. Massage & Energy Work – Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, cranial sacral, and energy modalities. Specialized Add-Ons – Cupping or other targeted therapies. Reiki Training – Group classes starting at Level 1.
